The new Wickliffe PK-12 building site is designed with a focus on sustainability and resiliency. Creative use of adjacent, off-site ponds, elimination of curbing and the use of sheet flow instead of piped stormwater will save the owner significant construction costs and add to LEEDv4 Silver credits. The project included a unique collaboration between adjacent private property owners, the City of Wickliffe, Lake Metroparks, and the school district.
