Civil Engineer
Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of engineering experience
- 3 or more years of supervision
- PE or EI Registration
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Preferred experience with Revit, Infraworks, ReCap and Navisworks, PlanGrid, BIM 360
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and familiarity with putting plan sets together
- Base mapping experience from raw survey information
- Preferred experience ODOT or dam design
Typical Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design engineer for multiple projects including land development, municipal infrastructure, and transportation related projects
- Responsible for design and/or review of grading design, storm water calculations, earthwork calculations, hydrology/hydraulic modeling, geometric roadway design, contract specifications, engineering reports, water and sewer design, bonus experience with Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis or SWMM
- Conduct site inspections and contract administration of construction projects

Landscape Architect or Planner
Qualifications:
- Creativity and passion for Landscape Architecture and/or Planning
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit that is ready to lead and manage projects in a collaborative office environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program
- Registration and current license for Landscape Architecture and/or AICP certification for Planning preferred
- Exceptional communication and graphic skillset
- Ability to participate and lead community engagement and stakeholder meetings
- Efficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office – knowledge of Lumion, Revit, and Civil 3D is a plus
- 5-30+ years of professional experience (mid to senior level positions available)

Field/Construction Surveyor/Inspector
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys and construction staking surveying.
- Familiarity required with surveying and measurement instruments like robotic total stations and GPS.
- Licensing not required.
Typical Responsibilities and Duties:
- Field data collection as well as as-built measurements and field inspection for improvements.

Senior Civil Designer
Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant civil designer experience
- Proficiency with Civil 3D required, bonus experience with Revit, Infraworks, PlanGrid, BIM 360
- Surveying Base Mapping experience field collected raw data
- FE Certification preferred but not required
Typical Responsibilities and Duties:
- Efficiently prepare concept plans from record information, design drawings, engineering notes, sketches and/or other drawings.
- Design, permit and construction drawings using Civil 3D.
- Generate alignments, profiles, cross sections, cut-and-fill calculations, site grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans, utilizing the tools in Civil 3D. Experience with corridor modeling preferred.
- Development of detailed drawings and designs in Civil 3D to comply with AHJ, DOT and local agency reviews by following civil engineering and surveying minimum design standards.
- Organize and maintain all versions of project drawings, data and files following company standards.
- Research and obtain standards/codes by client and jurisdiction and ensure drawings comply with requirements and minimum standards, including in-house design standards.
- Perform site plans and designs under an engineer’s supervision and assist engineers with preparation of engineering calculations.
